OTTAWA - Ontario’s Legislative Page program is a unique educational experience for high-achieving, community-involved students in grades 7 and 8. Students from across Ontario are selected each session to serve parliament, meet key parliamentary figures and learn about the legislative process. This program is an excellent opportunity for qualified students in Ottawa-Orléans. The program is accepting applications online for the spring parliamentary session from September 15th until November 15th, 2014.
“The Legislative Page Program is a wonderful and unique experience. It allows for youth to learn a great deal about the governance of Ontario, the issues of the day and the entire political process. I highly encourage young people to apply for this rare opportunity.”
